NEED:HEALTHY NEED:REGULAR
1 dish non-fat Greek yogurt 1 dish 3 scoops of ice cream
2 bananas Blueberries chocolate syrup sprinkles (any)
Strawberries coconut shavings 3 cherries 2 crunched up wafflers 1/2 sprinkle of chocolate shavings 2 Bananas whip cream
DIRECTIONS:HEALTHY
- First take 1 dish.
- Peel the 2 bananas and lie it on the dish.
- Next get the non-fat Greek yogurt and scoop three tea spoonfuls.
- Now you put your toppings on.
- Sprinkle as many blueberries as you desire.
- Cut up 4 strawberries and lie it on top.
- OPTIONAL: Chocolate shaving you don't need but it will be a sweet treat for the day.
- ENJOY!
DIRECTIONS:REGULAR
- Take 1 dish.
- Peel the bananas.
- Scoop the Ice cream (any).
- Put the whip cream on top of Ice Cream.
- Then add the chocolate syrup(crazy style).
- After put any type of sprinkles.
- Get a bag and put 3 wafflers in and smash until every bit is completely crushed.
- Then put the 3 cherries on top.
- ENJOY!
